Hello All,
I promised I’d be consistent — no matter what.
And I meant it.
So even though I’m writing this from the beaches of Okinawa with sand on my legs and the ocean in my ears… I’m still here.
Because that’s leadership.
Not showing up when it’s easy — but showing up especially when it’s not.
We made a last-minute decision to extend our trip through the first week of July. It was a decision that was kind of ours to make, and kind of NOT (more on that curveball in the next newsletter). Yet, everything happens for a reason and truthfully it turned out to be one of the most grounding and humbling experiences of my life.
I deleted all social apps the day I landed in Japan — and I’ve stayed off-grid ever since. Present with myself. Present with a new culture.
Next week, I’ll be back to the full 5-Minute Friday format with stories, lessons, and reflections from 3 weeks of travel, stillness, and stretch.
And if you’re curious what Japan has looked like through my lens — I’ll be sharing all the highlights, photos, and real moments over on Instagram when I’m back: If you are curious about our adventures in Japan check out my social media here. I’ll be back to updates soon.
Until then — thank you for being part of this growing community.
Stay curious,
Jen
